In 2017 entrepreneur Rachel Katzman went searching for solutions. Feeling broken from high-intensity workouts mingled with scoliosis pain, she knew there had to be a better way to get results.

Then she found functional fitness, which sculpted her body without the drain. Inspired, she put the pieces in place to develop an entirely new low-impact, big results fitness method with a Clinical Advisory Board, expert trainers, and unique equipment. Pvolve was born.
