Official Rules:
Complete contest entries and receipts can be submitted by mail or in person to the Algonquin Commons Management Office at: 1900 South Randall Road, Algonquin, IL 60102. Complete entries include: 1) copies or original sales receipts totaling $250 or more at Algonquin Commons stores. 2) A completed entry form, with your email address. Place each application and receipts in an envelope marked “I Shop Algonquin Commons Gift Card Contest”. Original receipts cannot be returned.
Eligible purchases include all goods and services, taxable and non-taxable, at businesses within the Algonquin Commons complex. Quarterly beginning: January 1–March 31, 2021, April 1–June 30, 2021, July 1–September 30, 2021, and October 1–December 31, 2021. Algonquin Commons will draw winners from all contest entries on the last day of each quarter. Following an audit of the winners’ application, the prize will be given in the form of an Ishop Algonquin Commons Gift Card in the amount of $250.00. Applicants must provide copies of sales receipts to apply. Algonquin Commons cannot provide copies for entrants, or accept partial receipts or credit card statements.
Receipts must include:
- 1) The store name and location.2) All of the items purchased.3) Date of purchase.4) No purchase necessary to enter or win.Algonquin Commons is not responsible for incomplete forms or late, lost, illegible, stolen, delayed, un-postmarked, postage due, or misdirected mail. Algonquin Commons must receive completed forms by 5:00pm on March 31, 2021, June 30, 2021, September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2021.All contest entrants must be at least 18 years of age on the date that their application is submitted to the Algonquin Commons Gift Card Contest.Limit one application per purchase. Individuals can submit multiple contest entries; however, each receipt (and purchase) can only be used once.
